The CCAP County Administration Conference (CAC) is designed specifically for county personnel in administration, human resources, finance and technology.
Breakouts and roundtables are the highlights of this conference, allowing county members to learn from leaders in their respective fields while also actively engaging with peers. Attendees will leave the conference prepared to utilize new skillsets and implement best practices that will improve operational efficiency in county government.

CCAP Academy Program Credits
County staff currently enrolled in CCAP’s Academy for Excellence in County Government (2023 – 2026) are eligible to receive a COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION! (You must register below).
Academy participants are also eligible to receive up to 2.0 Academy elective credits for attending two breakouts on Thursday. Please refer to the agenda to confirm the sessions offering Academy credits.
To secure your Academy elective credits on your transcript, complete this online Verification of Attendance Form (link coming soon!) by no later than Friday, May 29. Your transcript credits will be confirmed via email once processed. For inquiries or assistance, contact Lori Lawyer.

Registrations after May 1 will incur a $50 late fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that we must adhere to the deadlines and policies below in order to ensure accurate registration and hotel planning. Advance payment of all fees is required prior to the conference. No badges will be issued until payment in full is received.
All cancellations must be emailed to Registrar, Jeannette Hunter by Friday, May 1 to qualify for a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund requested by May 1; cancellations received after May 1 are non-refundable.
Registrations are transferable to another individual but must be emailed to Jeannette Hunter by May 1.
Registered no-shows will be billed. Regardless of initial method of payment, all refunds are issued via a CCAP check within 30 days of cancellation.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
- ROOM RATE: $129 per night plus 11% tax
- AVAILABLE: Wednesday, 5/13
- DEADLINE: Friday, April 17, 11:59 p.m. or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Availability, as well as the conference rate, cannot be guaranteed after April 1.

This conference hosts a very limited number of exhibit tables and only available to members of the CCAP Technology VendorPartner Program, the SCHRPP Vendor Program and the CCAP Associate Member VendorProgram.
