Aggregate Agreements
Adobe
CCAP and Adobe have established a LGA (Large Government Agency) linked program to link LGA/VIP agreements in the state, so counties along with any local government agency in Pennsylvania can recognize volume discount licensing as more customers enter into the program. Counties can procure through their reseller or through CCAP's preferred reseller, SHI, Inc.
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
Counties and local government agencies can take advantage of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, established through the CCAP–Microsoft partnership, to access discounted volume licensing and simplify software management. The agreement supports county IT standardization on core Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows Enterprise, Microsoft 365 E1/E3/E5, CAL Suites, and Enterprise Mobility + Security.
