Attendee Conference Registration

Conference Registration  

Individual Conference registration is available for county elected officials and staff, non-exhibiting associate vendors, non-exhibiting non-associate vendors, non-exhibiting state agencies and guests.

Register Early for the Best Rates! After June 30, registration rates will increase. See below for registration categories and rates.  

Registration does not include hotel rooms. After you have registered for the Conference, be sure to make your overnight room reservation with the Wyndham Gettysburg (our headquarters hotel) or the Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg. The hotels are located next to each other in the Gateway complex where all of CCAP’s Conference activities will take place.   

Users will be unable to complete registrations if they are using the Internet Explorer web browser. The registration platform has been successfully tested in these compatible browser – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

County Registration Promotion

CCAP is pleased to continue our popular registration promotion to counties. Four county members can attend the Annual Conference for the price of three! Any additional attendees over and above that fourth free attendee would attend at the full Conference registration rate. 

If your county is registering four people for the Conference, please register all four attendees using the CCAP Annual Conference registration link. Full payment is due at the time of registration. However, CCAP will reimburse the county for the fourth person after the Conference, so ultimately, you will get four registrations for the price of three! 

If the county does not register four people for the Conference initially but adds that fourth person sometime before or at the Conference, the county can still take advantage of the complimentary fourth registration. In the event a county’s registrations are submitted separately, CCAP staff will contact counties as they qualify. The county would still need to register the fourth person online and pay their Conference fees at the time of registration. However, CCAP will reimburse the county for the fourth person after the Conference.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Please understand that we must adhere to the deadlines and policies below in order to ensure accurate registration and hotel planning. Advance payment of all fees is required prior to the Conference. No badges will be issued until payment in full is received. Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date; registered no-shows will be billed. 

Cancellations must be submitted via email to Jeannette Hunter and must be received by 4 p.m. on July 22, 2024 to qualify for a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each refund requested. Cancellations received after the July 22, 2024 deadline are not refundable. Registrations are transferable to another individual. Regardless of initial method of payment, all refunds are issued via a CCAP check. 

CCAP County Members

County members: $470 (before June 30) or $495 (after June 30) includes registration materials, Conference gift, entrance to all Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Monday’s Exhibit Hall Breakfast and Luncheon, Tuesday’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony, and prize drawing tickets for all general session prize drawings. Registration does not include hotel rooms.  

Guests

Guests of CCAP members: $150 (before June 30) or $175 (after June 30) includes Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Tuesday’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony and prize drawing tickets. Registration does not include hotel room, Monday’s Exhibit Hall Luncheon, Conference refreshment breaks and all other meals. Monday’s Exhibit Hall Luncheon requires the purchase of a ticket at an additional cost. Tickets will be available for purchase at the CCAP registration desk. 

Vendors/Associate Members

Rates are for non-exhibiting registrations (booth purchase and exhibitor registrations should be submitted on the Exhibit Booth Registration page. Non-Exhibitor Associate Member vendor rates: $570 per person (before June 30) or $605 (after June 30); Non-Exhibitor Non-Associate vendor rates: $670 per person (before June 30) or $705 (after June 30); and, Non-Exhibitor State Agency registration rates: $470 per person (before June 30) or $495 (after June 30). Registration includes registration materials, entrance to Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Monday’s Exhibit Hall Luncheon, Tuesday Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Registration rates do not include hotel rooms.
