Technology Vendor Tabletop Exhibit Information

 Tabletop Exhibits are available for Wednesday, May 15. This is included in your partner fee. Details include: 

• One exhibit space (a tabletop display) with electric if needed. 
• A minimum of one complimentary conference registration. The number of complimentary registrations included is determined by sponsorship level:
  • Silver Tier - One full conference registration
  • Gold Tier – Two full conference registrations
  • Platinum Tier – Three full conference registrations
• Exhibiting opportunity Wednesday, May 15, and the option to attend education sessions both days of the conference, May 15 - 16 (There is no exhibiting opportunity Thursday, May 16).
• Lunch, breaks and evening reception on Wednesday, May 15; Breakfast and break on Thursday, May 16
• Please feel free to bring giveaways and marketing materials.

Vendor schedule for Wednesday, May 15:  

• Setup of displays: 8 – 10 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in The Gardens Restaurant
• Networking break at displays: 12:30 – 1 p.m., 2 - 2:15 p.m., and 3:15 - 3:30 p.m.
• Teardown of displays: 4 - 5 p.m.
• Vendor reception: 5 - 6 p.m. 

PLEASE NOTE: Overnight room reservations at The Penn Stater are not included in the registration cost and must be booked on your own. Information on how to book a room in the CCAP room block can be found on the County Administration Conference webpage.
