Carbon-Monroe-Pike MH/DS is seeking a detail-oriented County Fiscal Operations Officer 1 to manage and oversee the agency’s fiscal operations. Responsibilities include budget preparation and monitoring, financial reporting, oversight of payroll and benefits, supervision of accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with Department of Human Services fiscal regulations and governmental accounting principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required. Knowledge of public sector accounting and budgeting practices are preferred. Up to six months training and shadowing will be provided to support a successful transition into the role. You must have clean driving record. You must have (or be able to obtain) the following clearances - PA Child Abuse History, PA Criminal History and FBI Fingerprint. County cars are available. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
