Frank Mazza is a public policy professional with nearly two decades of experience in government and legislative affairs. He currently serves as Director of Government Relations for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), where he leads the Association’s legislative and policy agenda on behalf of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.
Prior to joining CCAP, Frank spent 12 years in the United States Senate, developing extensive expertise in the federal legislative process and intergovernmental policy. At the local level, he served seven years as a member of the Forty Fort Borough Council in Luzerne County.
Born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Frank is a graduate of Temple University, and holds degrees in political science and Greek and Roman classics. He works closely with bipartisan county leaders, legislators, and community stakeholders to advance pragmatic, effective public policy.
