Desiree Nguyen is the Managing Director, Insurance Programs, where she leads a team of over 30 professionals and oversees nine programs that provide coverages and ancillary benefits to Pennsylvania counties and county-related entities.
She brings deep public-sector experience, including service as a county Hearing Officer and later as Human Resources Director, overseeing more than 1,200 employees, as well as private-sector experience as Human Resources Manager for a regional community bank.
Desiree earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College, graduating magna cum laude, and holds multiple insurance producer licenses. Desiree and her life partner, Tim, have three wonderful sons and two energetic dogs. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
