On behalf of the County Manager, oversees information technology (IT) strategy and implementation for Luzerne County government. Directly supervises Operations and Service Managers, outside contractors, develops and maintains IT Department budgets. Plans and oversees all County-wide strategic technology initiatives. Creates RFPs for technology large purchases. Provides technical planning and support services to each of the County’s departments. Oversees the implementation of ITIL service delivery processes throughout the department.
