This session is ideal for HR professionals, risk managers and anyone involved in business compliance or risk management.
Successful Fleet Program Discussion
This session highlights successful fleet safety and risk management programs implemented in two Pennsylvania counties. Attendees will learn how these counties have reduced vehicle crashes, controlled costs, improved driver accountability and strengthened fleet operations. Presenters will share real-world case studies, lessons learned and program elements that can be adapted to improve safety, reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.
