AC Registration Categories After June 30

County Members - $495.00 Includes all county officials and staff. This is a per-person rate that includes registration materials, Conference gift, entrance to all Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Monday’s Exhibit Hall Breakfast and Luncheon, Tuesday’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony, and prize drawing tickets for all general session prize drawings. Registration does not include hotel rooms.

CCAP Member Guest - $175.00 Guests are non-members accompanying a registered county member or vendor. The guest registration rate includes Sunday’s Welcome Reception, Tuesday’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony and prize drawing tickets. Registration does not include hotel room, Monday’s Breakfast and Luncheon in the Exhibit Hall, or Conference refreshment breaks. For Tuesday’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony please check the box below if you'll be attending.

Non-Exhibiting Associate Member Vendors - $605.00 Vendors who have joined CCAP for an annual fee. This is a per-peron registration rate for those attending without booth space. Registration includes registration materials, entrance to Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Monday's Exhibit Hall Luncheon, Tuesday's Lunch, and Tuesday's Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Registration does not include hotel room.

Non-Exhibiting Non-Associate Member Vendors - $705.00 Vendors who have not joined CCAP. This is a per-person registration rate for those attending without booth space. Registration includes registration materials, entrance to Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Monday's Exhibit Hall Luncheon, Tuesday's Lunch, and Tuesday's Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Registration does not include hotel room.

Non-Exhibiting State Agency Personnel - $495.00 State employees under the Governor's jurisdiction. This is a per-person registration rate for those attending without booth space. Registration includes registration materials, entrance to Conference sessions, all refreshment breaks, Monday's Exhibit Hall Luncheon, Tuesday's Lunch, and Tuesday's Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Registration does not include hotel room.
