Inmate Barber Services

Notice is hereby given that the County of Franklin, Pennsylvania, is accepting RFPs for professional barber services from a Pennsylvania licensed barber for male and female inmates at the Franklin County Jail until 4 pm prevailing time on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. RFPs can be sent via mail or personal delivery to the Franklin County Procurement Department, Office Administration Building, 272 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or via email to, procurement@franklincountypa.gov.

Specifications, submitting bid instructions and bid forms will be furnished by the Franklin County Procurement Office upon request at 272 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201, via email (procurement@franklincountypa.gov) or by calling 717-261-3890.
