Crisis Intervention Software System

Franklin County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced offerors for a crisis intervention software system platform to be used by crisis intervention personnel and staff of Franklin County’s mental health department. Franklin County is interested in procuring an application software which can best address the functional and performance requirements as stated in the RFP.
