Pamela Szajnuk serves as Chief Financial Officer where she oversees accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls for the organization and its insurance programs and affiliated programs.

Pamela has spent more than two decades at CCAP, advancing through multiple leadership roles in finance. She is also active in the nonprofit sector, serving on boards where she contributes strategic financial oversight. Recognized for her expertise, she has been a finalist for the Central Penn Business Journal’s CFO of the Year honors. Pamela is known for her commitment to sound fiscal stewardship and public-service organizations across Pennsylvania.

Before joining CCAP, Pamela worked in manufacturing finance and accounting, including roles as payroll manager and financial team leader for Quaker Oats and Taylor-Wharton/HARSCO.

Pamela enjoys travel, golf, running, and swimming, and she is known to spend quality time with her adult children and her Cavapoo dogs.
