Dan Arnold serves as the Human Resources Manager for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania where he supports all aspects of the human resources functions of the organization, including compliance, recruitment, staff development, benefits, and compensation strategies.
Prior to CCAP, Dan worked ten years at the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce where he served as the HR and Operations Director and has previously worked for a private industry healthcare provider. In addition to studying at the University of Pittsburgh, Dan is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and has obtained his Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR).
Dan is committed to supporting his local communities by serving on various local boards (including CCAP’s affiliate SCHRPP), as a long-time soccer coach and volunteering in York where he resides.
