Dave Glass is in his second term as Clearfield County Commissioner and currently serves as CCAP's 1st Vice President. Dave has served on the Clearfield School Board and currently is the President of Habitat for Humanity of Clearfield County. Dave has degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering and ran his family's insurance business for nearly 20 years before running for commissioner.

In his spare time Dave enjoys officiating and broadcasting local sports, golfing, and travel with his wife Jess. They have four boys aged 18-24.
