Perry County is currently searching for a Director for the Perry County Area Agency on Aging. This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and administering the operations of the Area Agency on Aging Department to ensure services are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
• Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures
• Administers Agency operations including supervising staff, responding to clients, the public, and departmental concerns
• Acts as the liaison between the Perry County Area Agency on Aging and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging
• Develops the agency budget and monitors budgetary expenditures
• Responsible for fiscal duties including audit preparation, invoice processing, and reconciliations

Compensation includes a starting salary of $33.23/hour with consideration for relevant experience. Perry County employment offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes generous paid leave, a retirement plan, and health, vision, life, and dental insurance after a 90-day period.
