This position will plan, organize, and supervise activities of maintenance operations and keep staff engaged in maintaining, repairing, and renovating the Butler County parks and other close proximity buildings. This position will also supervise, monitor and coordinate the building and equipment preventative maintenance and repair and oversee improvement projects performed by staff, vendors and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College or Trade School in Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing. Seven years’ experience of control and maintenance supervision or closely related experience in industrial or other major building. Certification required in at least two of the following: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or welding along with experience and working knowledge in these areas is essential. Knowledge and experience of framing, forming, and installing concrete. Must obtain within a year thru the County, the Certified pool operator, pesticide Category 00 & 24, and Certified playground safety inspector.
