2026 CCAP Academy for Excellence - Assessment 101

One of the hottest topics in PA counties, and a 2026 legislative priority for CCAP, is reassessment and other assessment issues. Our session is designed to go over the basics of assessment in Pennsylvania with experienced county chief assessors who will discuss how the Clean and Green program works, how properties are assessed, explain terms like Common Level Ratio (CLR), available tax relief programs, and property exemptions.
THIS SUNDAY WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ANYONE - Academy and non-Academy participants.
Registration for the Annual Conference is not required in order to attend this workshop.
This session will fulfill core course Functions of County Government
