Description: Dauphin County Drug & Alcohol Services is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position of SCA Program Representative. An employee in this position will perform monitoring duties and provide technical assistance in accordance with Dauphin County policies, state and federal regulations, and assigned contracts between Dauphin County and private agencies which provide drug and alcohol services. The employee will be responsible for writing contracts, monitoring contract deliverables, and executing corrective action plans. In addition, the employee will collect and report on performance metric data related to executed contracts. Minimum Education, Experience, and Training Requirements: Two years of professional experience providing direct social services, case management services, program planning, program monitoring, program evaluation, allied health services, or quality assurance services in a social services agency and a bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, or public health or human services administration, or a closely related field. Graduate course work in the behavioral sciences, or public health or human services administration may be substituted for up to one year of the required experience; or four years of professional experience providing direct social services, case management services, program planning, program monitoring, program evaluation, allied health services, or quality assurance services in a social services agency and an associate's degree including or supplemented by eighteen credits in the behavioral sciences, or public health or human services administration. Other Requirements: A copy of either the official or unofficial college transcript(s) along with a resume must be attached to the application. Applicants who do not provide these items will not be interviewed. A valid driver's license, and a favorable criminal background check, child abuse and FBI clearances are required.
