The 2020 CCAP Virtual Fall Conference is the time for CCAP to plan its priorities and goals for the coming legislative year. Additional presentations cover other current county hot topics. CCAP does not host exhibits at this Conference, but vendors are encouraged to attend and to sponsor the Conference. Please refer to this page often as schedule updates will be posted here.

​2020 VIRTUAL FALL CONFERENCE MATERIALS

The 2020 CCAP Virtual Fall Conference will be conducted using the Zoom platform, with a business meeting, closing general session, and a new virtual educational series!

Complimentary registration is offered to county elected officials and staff, associate vendors, non-associate vendors and state agency personnel.

    Monday's Business Meeting will focus on CCAP Priority Setting activities as well as association business.

    Tuesday's Closing General Session will provide additional pertinent information for county officials.

    A ten-session Virtual Education Series will be held December 1 - 10. There will be two one-hour sessions per day, the first one at 9 a.m. and the second at 2 p.m., plus two "bonus" Solicitors' Sessions.

Registration for each day is complimentary.

Registration is open to all county elected officials and staff, associate vendors, non-associate vendors and state agency personnel.
 
Each attendee must register individually for each day to receive your personal links for the Virtual Fall Conference. After you register, you will receive a separate confirmation for each day directly from Zoom. Your email address will also allow you to receive Conference updates and be eligible for virtual prize drawings.

FALL VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERIES REGISTRATION 

The Fall Virtual Education Series is intended for county commissioners, council members, chief clerks, county administrators, solicitors and other county department heads and staff. Additionally, CCAP associate members, sponsors and vendors are welcome to attend. Sessions will be presented via Zoom on December 1, 3, 8 and 10. There will be two one-hour sessions per day, the first one at 9 a.m. and the second at 2 p.m., plus two "bonus" Solicitors' Sessions.

Participants in CCAP's Academy for Excellence in County Government will receive one elective credit per session by participating in the live broadcast. Recordings will also be available after all sessions have concluded.

Regardless of where you are viewing the sessions, it is important for each individual to register using a unique email address. Your email address will allow you to receive Conference updates and be eligible for virtual prize drawings! TRIVIA CONTEST

Throughout the two-day Virtual Fall Conference, registered county officials and staff will have the opportunity to answer trivia questions which they'll see in the slide shows before and during the two sessions. Answer sheets will be provided via email and posted here before the Conference. The Trivia Answer Sheet (PDF) must be submitted to Aubrey King via email by noon on Wednesday, November 25 to be entered to win. All submissions with the most amount of correct answers will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the grand prize: a $250 Amazon Gift Card. The winner will be randomly selected and notified on Monday, November 30.
