There are several categories of registration:
Current County Officials and Newly Elected County Officials
Newly Elected Officials Workshop and CCAP Fall Conference (preferred category): 3 p.m. Saturday through noon Tuesday
Newly Elected Officials Workshop Only: 3 p.m. Saturday through 6 p.m. Sunday
CCAP Fall Conference Only: 1 p.m. Sunday through noon Tuesday
Vendors and State Agency Personnel
Registration is available for county elected officials and staff, associate member vendors, non-associate member vendors and state agency personnel
You will receive an immediate confirmation upon completing the online registration process.
The deadline to register with CCAP is 4 p.m. on November 15, 2019. Registrations received after this deadline will be assessed a $25 late fee, so please register early! You will receive an immediate confirmation upon completing the online registration process.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via email to Jeannette Hunter, no later than 4 p.m. on November 15, 2019 to qualify for a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each refund requested. Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date. Cancellations received after the November 15, 2019 deadline are not refundable. Registered no-shows will be billed. Regardless of initial method of payment, all refunds are issued via a CCAP check within 30 days of cancellation. Please understand that we must adhere to the deadlines and policies to ensure accurate registration and hotel planning.
