Please identify the county staff authorized under the direct bill account, and also the specific charges that are permitted on this account in this OTHER INFORMATION box (i.e. room, tax, meals, etc.), then send a letter confirming the staff permissions on your county's letterhead directly to Group Reservations, The Hotel Hershey, 100 Hotel Road, Hershey, PA 17033. When the direct bill letter arrives at The Hotel Hershey, the reservations department will match it to your reservation file.

Sponsorship opportunities (PDF) are available to interested vendors. The sponsorship contract (PDF) should be submitted no later than November 1 to ensure the full benefits of sponsorship are available. After November 1, please contact Mandi Glantz to confirm availability of benefits. Thank you for your support!
