This training is for supervisors of all levels. It offers the basic investigation – who, what, where, when, how and why? Emphasis is placed on investigative timeframes and the importance of collecting data within 24 hours to ensure root cause analysis is efficient and effective.
Follow up investigations by safety professionals in cases involving severe injury or death is critical. The initial investigations conducted by supervisors are used to determine if a follow up investigation is needed.
Information will be presented on determining root cause analysis on an incident, to include identifying the root cause and how to implement a plan of action to reduce or eliminate the potential for future occurrences.
This is an interactive training with unlimited opportunity for attendee participation.
