The seminar is designed for the individual who wants to know the "rules of the road" for handling conversations which may be difficult and complicated in a manner which does not create further liability.

PCoRP HR Risk Management Review – Ronda O’Donnell, Attorney, Marshall Dennehey
The PCoRP HR Risk Management Review is a restart of a PCoRP program, formerly called PREVENT. The service is designed to help reduce exposures to liability for PCoRP members. Employment related lawsuits are a major liability, and can be very time consuming and costly to the members and PCoRP. Participation in the review is voluntary for all PCoRP members.
