Our insurance programs provide regular information to our members in a variety of ways. Each month the Insurance Matters email newsletter contains updates on program operations, governance and finances, as well as claims and loss control updates and reminder of upcoming meetings and workshops. In the spring and fall, the Glimpse catalog is sent to all members, providing a detailed listing of workshop topics, speakers and locations for that season. Some of our insurance pools have specific newsletters, such as Safety Essentials, biomedical equipment recall updates for nursing homes. Periodic loss control alerts are sent to the members when an important issue or new claim concern arises.
