<div><b>Body:</b> On Wednesday, House Appropriations Chair Rep. Bill Adolph introduced HB 1437, containing the House Republican budget proposal. Links to the legislation and House Republican spreadsheet are available on the CCAP Budget web page. In addition, CCAP has provided a spreadsheet analyzing the impact of the proposal on county line items and will post additional materials and analysis in the near future.</div>

<div><b>Body:</b> Attached is an analysis of the results of the primary election in Pennsylvania home rule counties, which include Allegheny, Delaware, Erie, Lehigh, Luzerne, and Northampton. Although Lackawanna is home rule as well, there are no county seats up in this cycle. Philadelphia results are not included.

The winners go on to the general election ballot in November.</div>
