The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) and eCivis, the premiere provider of grants solutions, have worked together to create the Pennsylvania Counties Grants Partnership, a program designed to bring industry-leading grant research tools to the counties of Pennsylvania at no cost. Using Grants Network: Research, Pennsylvania counties can search eCivis's database of grants offered through the state of Pennsylvania in a single easy-to-use search tool.
CCAP has also negotiated special pricing to allow Pennsylvania counties to upgrade their service to include additional content and access to the powerful grants management solutions within the Grants Network product suite. This includes the opportunity to add federal and foundation grants information, access to GN: KnowledgeBase – eCivis’s online grants training and reference library, and access to GN: Tracking & Reporting – eCivis’s grants management solution designed specifically for local governments.
During the trial period special pricing will also be available for the upgrade options, including:
- GN: Research limited license options for the full state, federal and foundation content– Purchase only the licenses you need to meet your organization’s demands.
- Discounted access to GN: KnowledgeBase including a reference library of hundreds of subject briefs to build your grants skills, online trainings, and key project trends with recommended funding opportunities relevant to your county
- CCAP and eCivis are offering a pilot program starter package to help your county improve its grants performance by getting started with the full Grants Network Suite:
- For a fraction of the standard enterprise pricing, you can get direct access for 2 users and manage up to 10 grants in the system to see how the Grants Network supports and improves your grants processes.
This program is not currently available through any other organization in any other state. CCAP worked with eCivis to offer the program to Pennsylvania counties first. The Pennsylvania Grants Partnership is a unique opportunity for Pennsylvania counties to have the tools necessary to face a tough economy and build up their grants organization.
