Governor Edward Rendell will be at the Fall Conference closing general session on Tuesday, November 24 to discuss issues related to the Commonwealth budget. He will focus on the administration of this year's budget as well as planning for next year's budget, and the impact both years will have on counties. Be sure to attend the closing general session for this important update.

Online Conference Registration - please register prior to 4 p.m. on November 13, 2009.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be e-mailed to Jeannette Hunter at jhunter@pacounties.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. There will be a $25 service charge per valid cancellation if received prior to 4 p.m. on November 13, 2009. Cancellations received after November 13 cannot be refunded. Registered no-shows will be billed.
HOTEL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online Hotel Reservations - please reserve your room prior to October 20, 2009 to receive the Conference rate. Availability as well as the reduced rate is not guaranteed for reservations received after this date.
DIRECT BILL PAYMENT FOR COUNTIES - Payment with credit card for hotel reservations is preferred, but a direct bill process is available. Please provide a credit card number to "hold" your room, similar to when you are asked for a credit card upon check in at any hotel, and then go to the SPECIAL REQUESTS OR NEEDS BOX within the SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR THIS ROOM box. Identify the county staff authorized under the direct bill account and specify charges that are permitted on this account (i.e. room, tax, meals, etc.). Please send this letter on your county's letterhead directly to Group Reservations, The Hotel Hershey, 100 Hotel Road, Hershey, PA 17033. When your direct bill letter arrives at The Hotel Hershey, the reservations department will match it to your reservation file.
INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
The Fall Conference does not accommodate a trade show and booth space is not available, but vendors are invited to register to attend the Conference, sponsor the Conference or host a hospitality event independently.
