The CCAP Meetings and Education Department staff provides educational and networking opportunities to CCAP county and associate members through conferences, workshops, certificate training programs, leadership programs and vendor events. They directly manage small and large events, and collaborate with other CCAP and affiliate staff to offer programming in an affordable environment conducive to learning, both inside and outside of CCAP headquarters. From one-day meetings to multi-day conferences, the educational opportunities equate to more than 500 meeting days per year.
Additionally, the Meetings and Education Department staff manages annual awards programs, distributes information and resources to new members, provides vendor and sponsorship opportunities, manages association advertising, and contributes articles for hospitality industry publications and leaders.
Major CCAP Conference events include the Spring Conference, Solicitors' Conference, GIS Conference, County Administration Conference, Annual Conference and Trade Show, and Fall Conference. Visit the Conferences page for details on each.
