The deadline to register with CCAP is 4 p.m. on March 17, 2017. You will receive an immediate confirmation upon completing the online registration process.
Special Offer for Current Academy Participants: The CCAP Academy for Excellence in County Government program values education from various sources and encourages networking through CCAP events. For those county officials who are current participants in the Academy, or for anyone who enrolls in the Academy program before March 26, 2017, and is also registered to attend the 2017 CCAP Spring Conference will receive a refund of $20 mailed to you after the Conference!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted via email to Jeannette Hunter and must be received by 4 p.m. on March 17, 2017. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. There will be a $50 service charge per valid cancellation if received prior to 4 p.m. on March 17, 2017; cancellations received after 4 p.m. on March 17 cannot be refunded. If last minute schedule changes prevent you from attending the event, you may designate another individual to attend in your place. Registered no-shows will be billed. Please understand that we must adhere to these deadlines to ensure accurate registration and hotel planning.
