CCAP bestowed honors upon several Pennsylvania county leaders and other individuals who have done much to balance and improve the well-being of counties and the residents they serve. CCAP presented awards for Outstanding Chief Clerk, Outstanding Affiliate Member, Outstanding County Commissioner, the Friend of County Government, among other awards during its 2009 Annual Conference.
