CCAP testified in conjunction with PSATS today before the Joint Legislative Conservation Committee on Act 101 of 1988. CCAP offered the committee its steadfast support of the Act and few suggestions to remedy a few issues including the reauthorization of the state tipping fee and the restoration of the county tipping fee, a priority for the Assocation.
