CCAP Testifies in House and Senate on Statewide Radio Network
On May 13, Executive Director Doug Hill testified before the House Judiciary on STARNet issues. Is testimony paralleled that given by three county commissioners on April 19 before a joint hearing of the Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Prepardness and Communications and Technology Committees today. Cumberland County Commissioner Barb Cross, Tioga County Commissioner and CCAP First Vice President Mark Hamilton, and Lancaster County Commissioner Scott Martin presented remarks on behalf of CCAP.
