CCAP Human Services Legislative Work Day, April 20
County Leaders Tell State Lawmakers: Restore HSDF and Spare Additional Cuts to Human Services (HARRISBURG, PA-- April 20) - Pennsylvania county officials or commissioners and council member and key human services staff traveled to Harrisburg to implore state leaders to adopt a responsible and timely state budget that spares any further cuts to county human services categorical programs and restores flexible funding through the Human Services Development Fund (HSDF).
