CCAP Testifies on Marcellus Shale and the Clean and Green Program
Commissioner Rebecca Burke of Lycoming County along with Doug Hill testified before the House Agriculture Committee in Williamsport on the Marcellus Shale development and how counties are implementing the Clean and Green program in regards to that development. View the testimony in the attachment.
