CCAP Offers Written Testimony on Hotel Tax Issues
Written testimony to the House Tourism and Recreational Development Committee highlights issues with clarifying ability to collect hotel taxes from intermediaries, as well as impacts of the 30 day rule in oil and gas counties and strengthening county enforcement powers to collect hotel tax revenues from non-compliant hoteliers.
