Attending this workshop will fulfill three elective credits for Academy and Advanced Certification participants.

This program discusses the skills and attributes to lead and participate in a successful

team. Specific topics will include:

•    Motivating team members to perform
•    Influencing team members positively
•    Inspiring team member accountability
•    Capitalizing on team members’ skills
•    Increasing team members’ participation and involvement

• Managing conflict among team members
• Building team member relationships

The program will incorporate activities, exercises, and discussions that are thought provoking to participants. In addition, participants will receive a workbook that includes tools for use on the job.
