The County of Berks Human Resources Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist. This position will perform professional HR work in the areas of recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, and labor relations. This position requires a BS Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 3 or more years of related experience. Experience working in a union environment is preferred. The salary range for this position is $32,600 to $40,000 w/ excellent benefits package incl. retirement plans and tuition reimbursement.
