The General Assembly approved HB 1950 in February 2012, providing for a shale gas impact fee and other matters relative to regulation of shale gas development, which was signed into law as Act 13 of 2012.

Attached is an analysis of the legislation prepared by CCAP, as well as revenue distributions provided by the PUC. Also attached is a memo from the PUC regarding several implementation matters relative to Act 13 and FAQs compiled by CCAP on usage and reporting of impact fee revenues.
