| The Governor’s Budget Office has announced a budgetary freeze for this fiscal year. The Human Services Development Fund (HSDF) state appropriation for FY 2011-2012 has been reduced by $748,000. Attached are the revised county allocations. DPW will be sending counties revised allocation letters as soon as payments have been processed. |
