Conference registrations are offered exclusively online.
The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and Conference materials. CLE submission fees are the responsibility of the attendees. Forms and instructions will be distributed at the Conference. Note: CLE credits are pending and we will notify you when approved.
The deadline to register with CCAP is 4 p.m. on June 25, 2013. You will receive an immediate confirmation upon completing the online registration process.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be emailed to Jeannette Hunterby June 25, 2013. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. There will be a $50 service charge per valid cancellation if received prior to 4 p.m. on June 25; cancellations received after 4 p.m. on June 25 cannot be refunded. Registered no-shows will be billed.
There are a limited number of rooms being held at the SpringHill Suites Harrisburg/Hershey by Marriott for Thursday, June 28. The hotel is located 15 Capital Drive off Kohn Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110 which is conveniently located off of I-81 exit 69 (Progress Avenue).
Please call the hotel directly at (717) 540-5100 at your earliest convenience to reserve a room. Remember to indicate you are with the CCAP Solicitors’ Conference to receive our reduced rate of $89 plus 11 percent tax for single or double occupancy. Rooms will be held at the reduced rate until May 28, 2013, after which time the rooms will be released to the general public. After May 28 room availability and our conference rate are not guaranteed.
