All the areas of this page are designed to be hidden or shown as needed to keep as templates for the next conference.
- To hide or show a particular part, modify the part and choose the option under
Breakdown of web parts
- : The date and location is pulled from the calendar event with a link to the location. It will display here based on the "Expires" date that is set on the event. Once the Expires date passes, the next Conference of this page's type (i.e. Spring, Annual, Fall, etc) will display. If no future conferences have been entered, this section will simply be empty.
- : Hidden (see above) while conference information is available. Otherwise, modify it to say when information will be available. Then show this part, and hide the following two (2) parts using the instructions above.
- : The writeup of the conference. You should not have to change links to the Online Registration forms.
- The contacts for the conference. This should always show, regardless of if the conference page is "active" or not.
- Shows all upcoming conferences that are scheduled.
Remember, you can make your changes then Check them In so you can see how it looks without actually publishing the page and making it available to the public.
