- Vendor/Exhibitor Online Registration
Purchase booth space or register a non-exhibitor (no booth) to attend the Conference. Booths are available on a first-come, first-paid basis. A booth selection form will be sent to you upon completion of this online registration and submission of payment for booth space. Booth space must be reserved by July 12, 2013 for your firm to be included in the directory of exhibitors distributed on-site.
Additional information is available for registered exhibitors regarding the booth selection process and drayage services such as electricity, booth carpeting, shipping, etc.
Advance payment of all fees is required prior to the Conference. No booth assignments will be made and no badges or meal tickets will be issued until payment in full is received. Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date; registered no-shows will be billed.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to Jeannette Hunter and must be received by 4 p.m. on July 26, 2013 to qualify for a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund requested. Cancellations received after the July 26 deadline are not refundable. Registrations are transferable to another individual.
Hotel reservations can be made online after you have registered for your attendance at the CCAP Conference. Please complete your online Conference registration above and then click on "Hotel Reservations" on your electronic confirmation to reserve your room at one of the three properties below. The room reservations deadline for all three hotels is July 5, 2013. Reservations made after July 5 are on a space available basis and Conference rates are not guaranteed.
Room Block Note: CCAP’s Conference room block at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel (headquarters hotel) is currently sold out for all nights. Rooms are still available at the Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. Both hotsl are about eight miles or 16 minutes away from the Bayfront Convention Center and both offer shuttle service to the Convention Center each day of the Conference. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and you must be registered for the Conference to reserve hotel accommodations.

ROAD AND BRIDGE SAFETY IMPROVEMENT AWARD
Each year CCAP, the Pennsylvania Highway Information Association (PHIA) and PennDOT recognize the best road safety and bridge improvement projects undertaken by municipalities across the state. Awards are presented during the CCAP Annual Conference. More information is coming soon.
SPECIAL ACTIVITES AND EVENTS
- Monday Evening Entertainment - A Conference-wide evening of dinner and dancing, compliments of C.S. McKee, L.P., will be held on Monday, August 5 at 6 p.m. Buses will be provided to take all participants to the beautiful Kahkwa Golf and Country Club. Dress for this event will be summer casual. Pre-registration is requested. More information coming soon.
- Tuesday Golf Tournament - Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP Services, Inc. and Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management, Inc. will host a golf tournament on Tuesday, August 6 at the Whispering Woods Golf Club. The tournament will include skill contests compliments of L.R. Kimball, CGL Companies and Buchart Horn, Inc. Pre-registration is required. The tournament is open to county members, registered guests and registered vendors.
