2015 Conference Materials


Online registration is now closed. After noon on July 30, registrations or changes in personnel attending will need to be handled on-site at the CCAP Registration Desk at the Omni William Penn Hotel, 17th Floor.

The CCAP Registration Desk (17th Floor) will be open:

  • Sunday, August 2 from noon to 6:30 p.m.
    Exhibitor Registration noon to 4 p.m.
  • Monday, August 3 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 4 from 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Wednesday, August 5 from 8 to 11:30 a.m.


Advance payment of all fees is required prior to the Conference. No booth assignments will be made and no badges or meal tickets will be issued until payment in full is received. Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date; registered no-shows will be billed.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to Jeannette Hunter and must be received by 4 p.m. on July 24, 2015 to qualify for a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund requested. Cancellations received after the July 24 deadline are not refundable. Registrations are transferable to another individual.

Cancellation of Booth Space: Cancellations must be submitted via email to Mandi Glantz and must be received by 4 p.m. on July 6, 2015. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each refund requested. Cancellations received after July 6 will be subject to an administrative fee of 20 percent of the booth space purchase price. Cancellations must be received by 4 p.m. on July 24, 2015 to qualify for a refund.

Changes in Registered Exhibitor Personnel (PDF): Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date; after badges and meal tickets are dispersed on-site, additional personnel will be required to pay a full additional exhibitor registration fee. Cancellations received after July 24 are not refundable. All no-shows will be billed.



Additional information is available for registered exhibitors regarding the booth selection process and drayage services such as electricity, shipping, etc.



The deadline to register with the Omni William Penn Hotel and receive the discounted room rate as part of the Conference room block was July 6, 2015; the room block is now sold out. Please call the Omni William Penn reservation line at (412) 281-7100 and let the reservationist know you are attending the CCAP Annual Conference to check availability and rates at this time. The next two closest hotels are the Hotel Monaco and the Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Pittsburgh.

Direct Bill Information for Counties: Payment with a credit card is preferred for hotel reservations, but if your county's attendees require a direct bill process, first make the room reservations by calling the reservation department at (412) 281-7100, or securing the overnight room online with a credit card. After the room reservation is made, please send the Omni direct bill application (PDF) along with a letter on county letterhead stating that your county would like to establish direct billing, what charges the county will pay for, a list of county staff covered by the direct bill, the room reservation confirmation numbers and the dates of stay. Include the correct billing address and the county contact responsible for final approval of the bill.   • Roberto Clemente Private Museum Tour/Wine Tasting (PDF) - NEW Event!
    County Executive Rich Fitzgerald invites all Conference attendees to the Roberto Clemente Museum on Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. The Roberto Clemente Museum is a private museum honoring Roberto Clemente, the Major League Baseball right fielder of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Hall of Famer. The museum is housed in historic Engine House 25, located in the revitalized Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. Engine House 25 is a beautifully renovated firehouse that also houses an operational winery and a wine cellar.

    Shuttles to the museum will leave from the Omni's lobby at 4:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. When the reception concludes at 7 p.m., the shuttles will take attendees to either the Carnegie Science Center for the C.S. McKee, LLP event or back to the Omni William Penn Hotel.

  • Evening Entertainment, Monday August 3 - A Conference-wide event at the famous Carnegie Science Center and Highmark SportsWorks compliments of C.S. McKee. L.P. will be held on Monday, August 3 at 5:15 p.m. for all registered Conference attendees. The evening will include the Center’s exhibits, the Omnimax movie and the state-of-the-art IMAX® dome theater and SportsWorks, right next door. Transportation will be provided. Dress is summer casual.

  • Fun Run, Tuesday August 4 (PDF) - Our annual noncompetitive run/walk will be departing Tuesday morning, August 5 at 6:30 a.m. from the Omni's main lobby through the city of Pittsburgh. Sign up at the CCAP registration desk on-site at the Conference.
  • Pittsburgh Tour: Pittsburgh's Locks and Dams System, Tuesday August 4, noon to 4 p.m. - CCAP is offering a boat tour of Lock #2 on the Allegheny River, part of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission's locks and dams system. You can register for the tour when completing your online Conference registration. Your $25 tour fee includes transportation, the tour and a boxed lunch. If you have already registered for the Conference and would like to add the tour, please contact Jeannette Hunter at (717) 526-1010 x 3315 or Credit card payments will be accepted.
  • Annual Golf Tournament, Tuesday, August 4 - The annual golf tournament will be held Tuesday, August 4 at Southpointe Golf Course  compliments of Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP Services, Inc., Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and Scott + Scott Attorneys at Law, LLP. A putting contest will be held compliments of CGL Companies; the Washington County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the luncheon. There is no cost for CCAP registered county members and guests. Vendors pay an additional fee. Transportation will be provided.
